  • What’s included: The €10 fee covers one straightforward healthcare request, such as booking or changing an appointment, following up on an appointment or referral, or making an enquiry with a hospital or health centre.
  • If we can’t get through: Where the hospital or health centre cannot initially be reached, reasonable further attempts will be made to complete your request.
  • More complex requests: If your request requires extensive follow-up, contact with several departments or additional administrative work, we’ll let you know before any additional charge applies.
  • Patient information: Hospitals and health centres may require your consent or authorisation before they can provide information on your behalf.
  • Payment: Payment is required in advance before we contact the healthcare provider.
  • Please note: Healthcare Support is not an emergency service and does not include medical advice.
